Reading Log Tool

Use this chart to record book titles as your child reads them.  Remember motivation is the key!  Discuss what your child would like to work toward as a reward.  (ice cream, playdate, money, small toy, movie, etc.)  You don't have to fill up the whole chart either!  Maybe do one side and then the other, or give a special prize for chapter books.  Share with a buddy for some friendly competition.
